We ship worldwide. Shipments within the Benelux are free; outside the Benelux, the shipping costs are €50 per item.

Applicable to European customers outside the Netherlands. Are you, for example, a Belgian customer with a valid VAT number and would you like to reverse charge the VAT? That's possible. Send us an email with your order and you will receive an invoice from us with the VAT reversed. After receipt of the payment, the order will be shipped immediately. Did you order a product and would like to return it? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the product is unused. Send an email to: info@avilexx.nl. Please include your name, order date, and order number. You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service.

Avilexx products that are defective due to manufacturing faults can be claimed under warranty. You can return a defective product within the warranty periods for repair. This is free if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. If another brand of refill powder has been used, the warranty is immediately void. Avilexx products come with a 2-year warranty.

The costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. We recommend sending the return shipment insured.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by shipping in unsuitable packaging. Shipments should preferably be returned in the original packaging. Return conditions: The customer is responsible for the return shipment until the receipt confirmation from Avilexx is received. Keep the shipping confirmation until we confirm that the returns have been received in good order. Always include the completed return form with the return shipment (in the outer box). Only fully completed forms will be processed. Place the return label over your own address (on the outer box). Avilexx has the right to reject a return if it is found that the general terms and conditions have not been met.

It is possible to rent Avilexx lighting and/or stage effects through our rental department. This is particularly useful if you have a one-time large project and want to temporarily expand your current Avilexx inventory. Send an email with your request to: info@avilexx.nl

If you decide to purchase the lighting after renting, the rental costs will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you find that, after a long period of intensive use, your battery lasts fewer hours, we offer the service to replace the battery(ies) on location. Cost of replacing the internal battery of a moving head: €399 (including VAT) per battery. Call-out charge: €99.

On average, a built-in Avilexx battery lasts for 8 hours of operation. With an Avilexx external battery, you can extend this by an additional 4 hours of operation. Avilexx lights can also be connected to the power grid.

All Avilexx lights (moving head/LED spot/LED bar) have built-in wireless DMX receivers. This receiver makes DMX cables unnecessary. Step 1: Turn on your Avilexx lights (moving head/LED spot/LED bar) and your Avilexx W-DMX transmitter. Step 2: Ensure that all products are within a radius of 200 meters from each other. Step 3: Press 'select' on the back of the moving head. Select any color (see the video below). Step 4: On the W-DMX transmitter, select the same color as set on the moving head (see the video below). Step 5: All components will automatically find each other; no additional actions are required. Step 6: You can start your light show immediately.

We also offer maintenance and repair services. You can send your Avilexx products back to us or we can come to you.
