Existing Avilexx customers can temporarily rent additional machines. This is useful if you want to scale up a few times a year for larger shows without having to purchase additional equipment right away.

This rental service is offered by Avilexx to provide flexible and professional support for your production.

Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided the item is unused. Please send an email to: info@avilexx.nl. Include your name, order date, and order number. You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service team.

Terms and Conditions:

• Available for annual purchases of €5,000 or more (excl. VAT).

Our machines are equipped with the original Wireless Solution LumenRadio W-DMX®, allowing you to use them completely wirelessly at distances of up to 200 meters. This makes your setup faster and more flexible, and saves on labor hours. The connection is extremely stable and interference-free, even at large events. The Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2 have a built-in W-DMX receiver; you can also make the other machines wireless using the Avilexx WDMX Go 1.

Avilexx offers maintenance and repair services.

You can return your products to us by mail.

All machines come with a 2-year warranty. We repair the machines within one week, completely free of charge.

To request a repair, email us with:  

• Purchase invoice 
• Your contact information 
• Brief description of the problem 
• A short video of the defect 

We’ll send you a free return label so you can send the item back at no cost.
