Register your return

Do you want to have a product repaired? Always register the repair first via the repair form on this page . Repairs will only be processed if the request has been submitted in advance via this form. After completing the form, the package can be sent to us at your own expense . We aim to return the repaired item within 1 to 2 weeks . Should a repair take longer, we will contact you. When the repair is ready, we will call you to explain what was wrong with the machine. The return shipment to you is at our expense . Repairs under warranty are almost always free of charge ; if the repair falls outside the warranty, we keep the costs reasonable and transparent .

Can I also rent your products?

Existing Avilexx customers can temporarily rent additional machines. This is useful if you want to scale up a few times a year for larger shows, without having to purchase additional equipment upfront.

This rental is a service from Avilexx to support your production flexibly and professionally.

Can I return my product?

Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if unused. Send an email to: info@avilexx.nl. Please include your name, order date, and order number. Our after-sales customer service will provide you with the return form.

Do you want to become an Avilexx dealer/reseller?

Avilexx works with dealerships for retailers and rental companies.

Conditions:

Possible from an annual purchase of €5,000 (excl. VAT).

Does Avilexx use wireless DMX?

Our machines are equipped with the original LumenRadio W-DMX® Wireless Solution, allowing you to operate them completely wirelessly up to 200 meters away. This makes your setup faster, more flexible, and saves staff time. The connection is extremely stable and interference-free, even at large events. The Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2 have a built-in W-DMX receiver, and other machines can also be made wireless using the Avilexx WDMX Go 1.

What happens if an Avilexx machine has a defect?

Avilexx offers maintenance and repair services.

All machines come with a 2-year warranty. We repair them within one week, completely free of charge.
