• Other EU countries: €20 shipping fee

For example, are you a Belgian customer with a valid VAT number who would like to reverse charge the VAT? That’s possible:

• Send us an email with your order to , info@avilexx.nl, or.
• You will receive an invoice with the VAT reverse-charged.
• Once we receive payment, the order will be shipped immediately.

Please provide the following:

• Company information
• Valid VAT number (all VAT numbers are verified)
• Shipping address for the order

⚠️ Please note: It is not possible to refund VAT after the fact. If you wish to reverse the VAT, this must be reported in advance.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee (if unused).

You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service team.

• Avilexx products that are defective due to manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty.
• A defective product can be returned within the warranty period and repaired free of charge (if the cause is a manufacturing defect).
• Using a different brand of refill powder will immediately void the warranty.
• Avilexx products come with a 2-year warranty.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend that you send your return shipment insured.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by shipping in unsuitable packaging.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging.

Return Policy:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipment until Avilexx confirms receipt.
  
  → Keep the shipping confirmation in a safe place until we have confirmed receipt of the return.
• Always include the completed return form (in the outer box).
  
  → Only fully completed forms will be processed.
• Stick the return label over your own address (on the outer box).
• Avilexx reserves the right to reject a return if the terms and conditions are not met.

You can rent Avilexx lighting and/or stage effects through our rental department.

This is useful, for example, if you have a one-time large project and want to temporarily expand your current Avilexx inventory.

If you decide to purchase the products after renting them, you'll receive a 15% discount on the purchase of a new set.

After prolonged and intensive use, a battery’s operating time may decrease. Avilexx offers an on-site battery replacement service. Cost of replacing an internal moving head battery: €399 (incl. VAT) and an internal battery pack: €499 

Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting W-DMX to Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2:

• Unpack the machine and the WDMX transmitter. 
• Turn on both the machine and the transmitter. The machine must be fully booted up.  
• Press the connection button on the transmitter (for about 1 second). Do not hold it down any longer! 
• After pressing the button, the connection light on the machine will start flashing. Wait a few seconds. When the light stops flashing and stays on continuously, the connection is successful.  
• Ready for use. The machine is now paired with the transmitter. This only needs to be done once, the very first time you use it.

Step-by-step guide to connecting W-DMX to WDMX Go 1:

• Unpack the WDMX GO 1 dongle and insert it into the DMX port (for example, in a lighting console or controller). 
• Turn on the dongle: Briefly press and hold the bottom button on the dongle to activate it. 
• Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the top button on the WDMX transmitter for 1 second (just as you would when pairing the device). 
• Wait a few seconds: The LED on the WDMX GO 1 will first flash and then remain lit. 
• The connection has been established. The dongle is now paired and ready for use. This only needs to be done once, the very first time you use it.
