What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatically generated shipping confirmation from us.
You will receive a track & trace code by email to track your order.
Shipping locations
We ship worldwide.
- To the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: free shipping.
- Other EU countries: €20 shipping costs
Delivery time
We have everything in stock. Order today and receive it tomorrow.
Transfer VAT to European customers
Applicable to European customers outside the Netherlands.
For example, are you a Belgian customer with a valid VAT number and want to reverse charge VAT? This is possible:
- Send us an email with your order to info@avilexx.nl .
- You will receive an invoice in which the VAT is transferred.
- After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped immediately.
We would like to receive:
- Company details
- Valid VAT number (all VAT numbers are checked)
- Shipping address of the order
⚠️ Please note: It is not possible to refund VAT retroactively. If you wish to defer VAT, this must be reported in advance .

Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee (if unused).
Send an email to info@avilexx.nl and state:
- your name
- order date
- order number
You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service.
Warranty conditions
- Avilexx products that are defective due to manufacturing errors are covered by the warranty.
- A defective product can be returned within the warranty period and repaired free of charge (if the cause is a manufacturing defect).
- Using any other brand of refill powder will immediately void the warranty.
- Avilexx products come with a 2-year warranty.
When will my purchase amount be refunded?
Within 14 working days .
Return shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
We recommend that you send your return shipment insured .
Packaging and shipping (for returns)
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by shipping in improper packaging .
We recommend returning in the original packaging(s) .
Return Policy:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping until Avilexx confirms receipt.
→ Please keep the shipping confirmation until we have confirmed the return. - Always include the completed return form (in the outer box).
→ Only fully completed forms will be processed. - Stick the return label over your own address (on the outer box).
- Avilexx reserves the right to reject a return if the terms and conditions are not met.

Rental of Avilexx products
It is possible to rent Avilexx lighting and/or stage effects through our rental department.
This is useful, for example, if you have a large one-off order and want to expand your current Avilexx offering on an incidental basis.

- Moving head: €50 each
- LED battery bar: €40 each

- All prices are exclusive of VAT and any refills.
- Deposit is €250,- excl. VAT
Purchase after rental
If you decide to purchase the lighting after renting, the rental costs paid will be deducted from the purchase price.

Battery maintenance
After prolonged and intensive use, a battery's lifespan can decrease. Avilexx offers on-site battery replacement service. The cost of replacing the internal moving head battery is €399 (including VAT) and the internal battery pack: €499.
Wireless DMX connection
Step-by-step plan for connecting W-DMX to Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2:
- Unpack the machine and the WDMX transmitter.
- Turn on both the machine and the transmitter. The machine must be fully started.
- Press the transmitter's connect button for about 1 second. Do not hold it down longer!
- After pressing the button, the connection light on the machine will flash. Wait a few seconds. When the light stops flashing and remains solid, the connection is successful.
- Ready to use. The machine is now paired with the transmitter. This only needs to be done once, the very first time you use it.
Step-by-step plan to connect W-DMX to WDMX Go 1:
- Unpack the WDMX GO 1 dongle and insert it into the DMX port (for example in a lighting console or controller).
- Turn on the dongle: Briefly press the bottom button on the dongle to activate it.
- Start connection mode: Press the top button on the WDMX transmitter for 1 second (just like when pairing the machine).
- Wait a few seconds: The LED light on the WDMX GO 1 will first flash and then remain solid.
- The connection has been established. The dongle is now paired and ready to use. This only needs to be done once, the very first time you use it.
