How do I keep my spark machine in top condition?
Clean the spark machine after each use at the end of your event to ensure the motor is free of powder and doesn't seize up. This can be done using the clear function (via remote control or DMX). Any remaining powder in the reservoir can be left; store the machine in a dry and dust-free place.
What do I do if my spark machine no longer produces sparks?
The machine likely wasn't cleaned after the previous use, causing cooled powder to block the motor. Remove the rubber cap on the side and carefully turn the motor with a flat-head screwdriver (for Sparkus 2: remove the right side and do the same).
Which refill belongs to which machine?
SMALL powder provides approximately 3 metres of height and is suitable for Sparkus 1, 2 and 5, LARGE powder provides approximately 5–6 metres and fits Sparkus 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. For Sparkus 3, always use the Avilexx 10m refill.
