Can I rent your products as well?
Existing Avilexx customers can temporarily rent additional machines. This is useful if you want to scale up a few times a year for larger shows without having to purchase additional equipment right away.
This rental service is offered by Avilexx to provide flexible and professional support for your production.

Can I return my product?
Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided the item is unused. Please send an email to: info@avilexx.nl. Include your name, order date, and order number. You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service team.
What does the powder subscription entail?
The Avilexx powder subscription is a convenient supply service. You automatically receive new refills, so you always have enough powder in stock and never have to worry about reordering on time again.
Would you like to become an Avilexx dealer or reseller?
Avilexx works with dealerships for retailers and rental companies.
Terms and Conditions:
- Available for annual purchases of €5,000 or more (excl. VAT).

Does Avilexx use wireless DMX?
Our machines are equipped with the original Wireless Solution LumenRadio W-DMX®, allowing you to use them completely wirelessly at distances of up to 200 meters. This makes your setup faster and more flexible, and saves on labor hours. The connection is extremely stable and interference-free, even at large events. The Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2 have a built-in W-DMX receiver; you can also make the other machines wireless using the Avilexx WDMX Go 1.
What happens if an Avilexx machine malfunctions?
Avilexx offers maintenance and repair services.
You can return your products to us by mail.
All machines come with a 2-year warranty. We repair the machines within one week, completely free of charge.
To request a repair, email us with:
- Purchase invoice
- Your contact information
- Brief description of the problem
- A short video of the defect
We’ll send you a free return label so you can send the item back at no cost.
