How do I keep my spark machine in top condition?

Clean the spark machine after each use at the end of your event to ensure the motor is free of powder and doesn't seize up. This can be done using the clear function (via remote control or DMX). Any remaining powder in the reservoir can be left; store the machine in a dry and dust-free place.

What do I do if my spark machine no longer produces sparks?

The machine likely wasn't cleaned after the previous use, causing cooled powder to block the motor. Remove the rubber cap on the side and carefully turn the motor with a flat-head screwdriver (for Sparkus 2: remove the right side and do the same).

Does Avilexx use wireless DMX?

Our machines are equipped with the original LumenRadio W-DMX® Wireless Solution, allowing you to operate them completely wirelessly up to 200 meters away. This makes your setup faster, more flexible, and saves staff time. The connection is extremely stable and interference-free, even at large events. The Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2 have a built-in W-DMX receiver, and other machines can also be made wireless using the Avilexx WDMX Go 1.

What happens if an Avilexx machine has a defect?

Avilexx offers maintenance and repair services.

You can return your products to us by post.

All machines come with a 2-year warranty. We repair them within one week, completely free of charge.
