Have you ordered a product and would you like to return it? We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided the item is unused. Please send an email to: info@avilexx.nl. Include your name, order date, and order number. You will receive the return form from our after-sales customer service team.

Our machines are equipped with the original Wireless Solution LumenRadio W-DMX®, allowing you to use them completely wirelessly at distances of up to 200 meters. This makes your setup faster and more flexible, and saves on labor hours. The connection is extremely stable and interference-free, even at large events. The Sparkus 1 and Sparkus 2 have a built-in W-DMX receiver; you can also make the other machines wireless using the Avilexx WDMX Go 1.

You can return your products to us by mail.

All machines come with a 2-year warranty. We repair the machines within one week, completely free of charge.

• Your contact information 
• Brief description of the problem 
• A short video of the defect 

We’ll send you a free return label so you can send the item back at no cost.
